    Hotels

Many hotel options are available near the University. Hotels located on Boulevard Laurier are the closest to the conference venue, witch can be access on foot or with the frequent buses (routes such as the 800 and the 801 offer a direct link with the university).

Hotels located located in the Old Québec are closer to touristic attractions and benefit from a beautiful and rustic scenery but they are further away from the conference venue. Bus routes such as the 800, the 801 and the 7 allow quick travel between the university and downtown Québec City.

A bus ticket costs 3.25$ (CAD) for one passage when entering a bus, however, the exact change must be given as the bus driver does not have change to give. A card with bus tickets in it can also be purchased at most pharmacies and convenience stores at the price of 2.95$ per ticket. A card with 2 tickets will also be given to each conference participant at the beginning of the conference.
