Research grant from the Alliance program of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada

Professor Clément Gosselin and his team will be funded by a grant of more than $420,000 from the Alliance program of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada. Granted over three years, it will finance the project entitled “Robotic systems for the assembly of large lightweight structures”.

In partnership with Flying Whales, Professor Gosselin and his team will develop robotic systems allowing humans to directly, intuitively and efficiently manipulate large structural components without having to deploy large forces.
