Registration procedure and fees

At least one author per final submission must register for the conference; otherwise the article can be removed from the proceedings.

The conference fee includes

Welcome reception (Tuesday, August 1st 2017)
Conference documents and proceedings (published by Springer)
Lunches and refreshments during the conference
Guided tour of the city (Wednesday, August 2nd 2017)
Cocktail at the Château Frontenac (Wednesday, August 2nd 2017)
Gala dinner (Thursday, August 3rd 2017)

The conference fees for regular and student participants are 750$ and 650$ (CAD), respectively. These fees will remain valid until June 30th 2017, after which they will increase to 950$ and 850$. Additional guests can be invited to the social events for 125$ CAD each. The social events include the guided tour, the cocktail and the gala dinner.
